Elevated Labs is run by a Baylor student...?

Not wanting to start a witch hunt on this kid, but I have exercised some Google-Fu and it appears Elevated Labs is run by a Baylor undergrad student.
Not exactly the bright upstart company I thought it was. I think it's likely we all just got scammed...
Edit: The reason for the scam comment is due to the recent supply issues and Elevated customers who still have not received their order (or shipping confirmation) after nearly 4 weeks. I am one of those customers waiting. Scammed was maybe a strong word...duped perhaps.
Edit #2: I did just get a tracking number in an e-mail. This is not the first time this week I've asked for one.
For the record, I like a lot of things about Elevated Labs, but I just haven't got the product yet. It's frustrating for both the customer and EL, I'm sure. I apologize for anybody thinking I'm out to get EL or college students in general. I was just a frustrated customer looking for reasons why my order was so delayed.

They did state that one of their suppliers messed up, and that they were looking to secure another. So it seems like they are an inexperienced start up, that did not have the money or contacts to ensure a reliable supply chain. I do not see any evidence that would point to it being a scam. It probably was started by a Baylor student, who had an idea for making a unique nootropic supply site. Then, when faced with a supply issue, did not know how to fix it quickly without erasing all his profit. I would assume he is still trying to get a new supplier that is within his budgetary figures for the low prices he is charging. It takes a lot of experience and money to ensure a constant supply chain even in the face of setbacks. Either give it some time, and give him another chance. Or go with another supplier that is known to be reliable.
