Only two forces have died for your freedom…

What they were answering

Yeah. Belgian beer is my favorite kind. The best brews are done by trappist monks. I recommend trying Chimay if you haven't already. You can get a 750 ml bottle in the States for about 13 dollars (Depending on which state, of course). Well worth it.

Ohh I know, I've probably had close to 1000 different beers now. Just in the last year I have had 350 different ones. That's when I started using Untappd to track my beer consumption. It's like a beer journal. I will purposely order beers that I have not had, even if the one I just got was delicious. Now that I think of it, it's kind of an enabler... One time I was in Brussels at Delirium, and I made up my mind to find the most obscure Belgian beer they had. I flipped through their book of 2000 beers and found one that looked obscure enough, Lucifer. The barman brought out a bottle completely covered in dust from the cellar. I thought I would only have that beer once. Then 8 months later, I see it on the shelf at total wine here in Phoenix. My dream was ruined! Although I have been to the Westvleteren brewery, and had the #1 beer in the world on tap! It was a damn good quadruppel. I go through phases for different styles. After a while I get bored of a particular style and move to a different one. I've been off Belgians for a while. Perhaps I should start again...

CNN has an article from a Christian pastor about where god was during the Aurora CO Batman shootings; this is the first comment...and it's fucking brilliant

Replying to RyGuy2012 · That's sadly true. And depending on how low your self worth is, you may think you deserve the pain.

The times I was seconds from ending it, all I felt was absolute nothingness. There was no sadness, no pain, no fear; just nothing. The only thing left that kept me here was the distant respect I had for my girlfriend and

These are the Christians on my feed... I think we need more like them.

Replying to [deleted] · I doubt it. People are already in line to pay for the food, meaning they have the money to do so. I find the whole concept rather obnoxious. It's the principle of the thing. I am

I agree, it's retarded. It's like a secret Santa party with fast food, where everyone chooses their own meal and another person pays for it. Now that I think of it, it's one of the most pointless and unimaginative "chari

Do you take showers? The fallacy of equivocation. [Original content]

Replying to new_math · I don't want to be a dick but the biochemical and neural response that occurs from taking a shower is quite different from the biochemical and neural response that comes from takin

I was also upset that they grouped MDMA and Meth together! They both bind to neurotransmitter receptors in far different affinities! In a rant about improperly grouping things together, I would expect consistency!
