Thanks for the context! It's def a hefty dose. I was curious to try high dose based on this recent study. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41010491/; 5g a day of cistanche extract showing cool results no toxicity etc. really strong effects at high dose really changed my view of what cistanche can do. Thanks for great products
