Anyone know why so many supplement companies can't reach Prop 65? It's a California strict policy limit on heavy metals (an other things like water purity).

Heavy metals are especially bad for the brain so it's kinda like... uhhh thats what we're looking to influence right now with nootropics...
They don't always say it on their website (have to dig in the FAQ or email them...) but the amazon version always does say if scroll down.

I personally use ND, Now, Nutricost, Sports Research, and Life Extension in my stack. They all have good reputations for meeting label claim and being relatively cost effective. I don’t currently use bulk supplements, but same applies for them.
On the sports nutrition side, there are several brands I like known for testing and providing good formulas, some of which even provide COAs. Examples would be Morphogen Nutrition, Like a Pro supplements, soul performance nutrition, Nutrabio brands (including unbound and their endurance elite line), Crush It brands (Core, ‘Merica Labz, unmatched, myoblox), and leviathan nutrition.

Not sure if you have seen some of my recent comments on Nutricost, but I'll share them here as well.
Take a look at the results of some saffron testing we recently did.
Nutricost had zero saffron bioactives, and Life Extension had very little.
Here are the chromatograms from Nutricost's saffron.
Here are the chromatograms from Life Extension's saffron.
We also tested Nutricost's Tribulus, and there was ZERO protodioscin.
We also tested Nutricost's boswellia in 2023, and it was dog shit as well.
They claim 1,200mg of a 60% boswellic acid extract, which would be 720mg of boswellic acids per serving. How much do you think we found? 11.75mg. ELEVEN MILLIGRAMS, when their claim is 720mg.
NOW is good most of the time. Their milk thistle had half of what they claim, but most other things test well. I'll have to buy some Sports Research stuff to run through the lab. I don't think we have tested anything from them yet.
