Anyone know why so many supplement companies can't reach Prop 65? It's a California strict policy limit on heavy metals (an other things like water purity).

Heavy metals are especially bad for the brain so it's kinda like... uhhh thats what we're looking to influence right now with nootropics...
They don't always say it on their website (have to dig in the FAQ or email them...) but the amazon version always does say if scroll down.

I believe because the California law is really really strict, and the threshold is significantly lower than could be harmful to the human body. I don't have the exact numbers on hand, though

You are correct. Prop 65 sets the limits at 1,000 times lower than research has seen toxicity. This means that even things that fail Prop 65 are likely not acutely toxic. It's a very very strict law. Still, if you can meet those standards, you should at least attempt it. Every little bit adds up; especially for people on here that take a lot of different supplements every day.
