What makes Erinamax Vegetarian but not Vegan?

I was wondering what makes Erinamax a vegetarian product and not a vegan product? Should note that I've been vegan for over 10 years. I absolutely love using the Lions Mane 1:1 extract and the 8:1 extract and have been using them for a while now. I wanted to compare the benefits of Erinacine-A in Erinamax but noticed that in the Dietary Information section of the product page it's labeled as 100% vegetarian and not 100% vegan like most of the other ND supplements.

That reminds me of a video I watched on YouTube where a guy grew rat neurons and made those neurons play the game called Doom:

LOL, that's great! He's doing a lot manually, and they are static images. The cool thing about our Incucyte SX5 is that it is all automated and enclosed in one unit, and we have video on top of the static imagery. Static imagery is great to monitor neuronal growth, as you can just take regular pictures and measure the number of neurons and axon connections. However, you cannot see neuronal activity with static imagery. The electrical impulses between neurons are too fast for static images to catch, or at least catch reliably. This is where the SX5 shines. It can video the neurons and actually see them sending signals to each other! You can see it in the video below.
I can't wait!
