Bringing this up again. I love ND product just as much as the next man but shipping and customs are becoming unbearable. I had to pay 100 euros customs fee for an order \~400 dollars! And I had to ship via DHL express for 57 dollars to avoid customs issues because me previous order with Fedex was returned.
Atleast I received my order but I don't think this is sustainable. I've honestly started sourcing a lot of my suplements from elsewhere in the EU but there are still a few that are very hard to find at good quality. Are ND considering an EU reseller???? Please do

Yeah, this stupid trade war our government started is just idiotic. We are rapidly careening towards a big recession here in the next few months, if nothing changes. As always, the small guys will bet fucked, and the big multinationals and VC-backed brands will scoop everything up and consolidate more. It's almost as if that is by design...
An EU reseller won't work either, because the duties, tariffs, and VAT will be assessed when entering the EU. It doesn't matter if we ship direct to customers for each order, or import large amounts to stock and fulfill from inside the EU. It will be assessed these costs at the border.
That being said, there is an exemption in the USMCA where we might be able to import our products into Canada tariff-free. Then we might be able to set up a fulfillment center there, and then they can be shipped to the EU without tariffs. I am investigating that possibility now. Pivoting fulfillment to Canada for international orders could be a potential avenue for a solution, if the Supreme Court abdicates its oath and doesn't rule these tariffs unconstitutional. I am still holding out hope for that. We have about a month or so till they rule on it. I am watching that closely. If they overrule the two lower courts, then we will have to pivot.
