Hey all,
It’s been two years since i tried NMN and for the month i was on it ( 125mg from ND) it was amazing, felt invincible, full of energy etc. i stopped because my Homocysteine was elevated and I heard that NMN mjghr have been the culprit.
Since then I took folates, aspirin daily and tbh my homocysteine is stil elevated…i am unsurw at this point if this is just my genetics, or if NMN forever changed this.
But I want to get on NMN again, cause I miss that feeling and maybe it voukd be safe at half dose…i am unsure :)
So any advice is appreciated but also curiius if rhere is bee consensus with it as I remember reading that it fell out of grace toferher with Sinclaire.
Thanks!

You can use tmg to improve the conversion of homocysteine to Sam-e which will lower homocysteine but still have insufficient total methylation. Homocysteine is more of a symptom than a cause.

Yep, that's right. It depends on your gene mutations around methylation. Some people are poor methylators, and need a more comprehensive stack to address it.
