So I ordered a Pomella 15g powder that is unopened but has best by date 01/2025. I still want to use it tho.
I remember seeing u/MisterYouAreSoDumb post about how powders have a longer shelf life than what’s mentioned (i.e. the standard 2 years after mfg). Just wondering if it’s the same case here.

Almost everything has a much longer shelf than what people expect. I have some powders that are over 10 years old that show zero degradation. It really depends on the specific product and how it was stored. The things that do have issues with stability are oils in softgels, especially fish oils. That's because they are susceptible to oxidation. Pomella should be very stable. It's just a slow seller. I do think we have a batch that has an expiration of 02/2026 if you would prefer us swap out your bottle.
