I made an order on Sunday (#1914551) but quickly went to cancel it by sending a message on the main site. I had the address accidentally set to a different destination from a previous order. Never got a response and it shipped out the next morning. I am wondering if it’s something to do with the new website update that maybe my message was lost in the system.

Lol yes, I spend way too much time on ND’s site. I clicked a link on I think the confirmation page for the purchase. But as of now I don’t have any picture proof 🤷🏻 so maybe I’ll replicate this next time I make an order.
