I recently ordered their Mushroom Magic Coffee which claims to serve 30 servings and cost me close to $50 with shipping.
I was shocked to see the quantity when the box arrived. The box was less than half full (attached pic is from when I opened the brand new packaging), as if someone had used it and resent it back.
Is this the expected quantity?

It's about weight, not volume.
This is why using a scale is better than volumetric measuring.
I noticed when I do a double scoop, I get 13 servings per tub. Which tells me the scoops are quite accurate, but not perfect.

No scoop is perfect, which is why we held off for over a decade on offering them. However, we got so much shit for it. People just refuse to believe that using a scoop to measure weight-based things is very inaccurate and variable. For our pre-made drinks, that variability is an acceptable tradeoff for the convenience of quick dosing, though.
