I love this product, but oh my, I feel like every fifth tablet is split in two or crumbled into Pieces this batch, last batch I’d bought was still enteric coated.
What they were answering

Thank you for the clarification, that was my misunderstanding/ignorance I was mistaken on the enteric coating.
I’m not upset about it or anything, just wanted to make you aware. I don’t know for sure if it was every fifth I just know from the ones I’d poured in my hand the last couple times I’ve prepped my pills it was about 2/9 tablets I’d poured into my hand were broken each time. Love the product, even have gotten one of my friends to buy a bottle (or buying soon).
The acid resistant capsules seem interesting! Curious how long it takes to take effect/how much more effective that is than the regular capsules/tablets.

For sure! Thanks for alerting me. My team investigated, and they think perhaps your bottle was just at the beginning or end of the run. They reviewed all the batch records, and everything was above spec. There was a machine adjustment at the beginning of the run. However, they tested the before and after, and both met specs. Perhaps there was just some tablets right around the machine adjustment that fell out of spec that wouldn't have been seen in our sampling. I am going to have them pull another bottle and run friability and hardness testing again.
You may know about all our hassles with testing enteric coated tablets and capsules over the years. Basically all of them have failed. Every single brand that claims to be enteric on the market has failed our testing. Every single one. Same for capsule manufacturers. All the enteric capsules we have been provided have all failed, except for the Capsugel Pharmaceutical enteric capsules, which they refuse to sell to the dietary supplement industry. They will only sell them to you if you have an active pharmaceutical license. So literally all the enteric shit on the market in the supplement industry fails, other than our tablets done for us in a very specific way by a single facility in New York. Even if you went to that facility and asked for enteric, it would fail. They have to run our specific process, which has gone through the roof on pricing. That being said, one of our capsule manufacturers says they finally might have one that passes. I am not holding my breath, but it is in our lab right now. Cross your fingers!
