Doubts about EGCG

Hi guys,
I'd like to take EGCG for dropping a few pounds (I've started also exercising) but I have a few questions:
1) Should I take it on empty stomach or after meals?
2) I've read that it could theoretically damage the liver (IIRC also kidneys). However I've seen that, at a dosage of one tablet a day, that should be safe. Can you confirm?
3) Does it combine well with caffeine? I usually drink also a cup of black or white tea a day? Would it be safe to take also EGCG?
4) Can I stack EGCG with Tribulus, creatine or C3G?
5) Does it help also with hay fever or other high histamine symptoms?
Hope that also /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb and /u/Pretty-Chill would chime in!
Thanks a LOT!

Why don't you take s-acetyl glutathione ? Is reduced glutathione form more effective in benefiting liver health ?

Reduced glutathione is great for long-term use. Once you have built your levels up, you reach steady state plasma levels. This means you can take something like NAC or A-acetyl glutathione at the start to get your levels up quicker, and then move to reduced glutathione for daily use.
