Why Did ND Add Vegetable Oil to the Vitamin D3 + K2?

We didn't add it. It's part of the vitamin D3 oil. It's how vitamin D3 oil is made. Lanolin is combined with vegetable oil and emulsified. When you get vitamin D3 in oil form in bottles or softgels, it is always mixed with other vegetable oils to reach the appropriate concentration needed for dosing. Ours is then spray dried with beta-clycodextrin to turn it into a microencapsulated powder.
