Why Did ND Add Vegetable Oil to the Vitamin D3 + K2?

I noticed it’s different than the older bottle I currently have. Was this always the case and now it’s just labeled?

We switched to a beta-clycodextrin microencapsulated vitamin D, for improved bioavailability. When we did that, our new supplier gave us a more comprehensive production flow chart that showed vegetable oil was used in the emulsification process. The old supplier's chart just showed lanolin going in for emulsification. However, after talking to the new supplier, this is how all of them make vitamin D oil. Most suppliers just don't mention it, and most brands don't ask for production flow charts. Our new supplier is more open with how the whole process goes now, which is why we added it to our label.
