Does this make any sense on magnesium threonate?

If I take it before 2pm, it gives me GI uneasiness and more frequent trips to the loo. If taken after 3pm, I have no issue. I also handle it better without food than with food. It’s also the only form of magnesium that prevents my migraines at a very effective rate. What to do?

But I have taken vitamin c at the same time as magnesium glycine before. Let me tell u, I keep detailed notes. The magnesium threonate is the only one that I have seen to prevent headaches so effectively. I kind of doubt that it’s “marketing bs.” It’s also very highly rated on amazon by verified buyers. It has some sort of clear advantage on the rest. I do admit however that I have yet to try micromag and am just now learning about this sucrosome delivery. Also, I have tried the liposomal delivery that some supplements promise and I never saw any meaningful difference which has made me hesitant to believe in these alternative deliveries unless it’s sublingual under the tongue.

The marketing BS is that it is the only magnesium that reaches the brain, not that it works. Clearly it works better for some people, which is why we sell it. However, that is mostly because it is delivering high amounts of threonic acid, and there is nothing else out there doing that yet. However, any magnesium that gets into the blood stream in high amounts will reach the brain. Magnesium passes the blood brain barrier, and is actively transported by choroidal epithelial cells into cerebrospinal fluid. The idea that only magnesium L-threonate does it is the marketing BS I am talking about. The beneficial reports people make on magnesium L-threonate are because they are reacting well to the high amounts of threonic acid it is delivering to the body with the magnesium. If we could supplement threonic acid itself separately, you could get the same benefits. As of now there is no way to keep it stable without forming it into a salt with a mineral, and Magceutics owns he patent for it. This is why Magtein is the only one allowed on the market.

Most liposomes on the market are fake. That's why you didn't notice. 90% of the stuff on the market claiming to be liposomes are just frauds. It's not that the idea of liposomes as a technology is BS. It's that the players in the market are. The mRNA COVID vaccines use liposomes to stabilize and deliver the spike proteins into the body. Real liposomes made correctly can absolutely work well.

Most top results on Amazon fail our lab testing, and almost all reviews on there are fake, paid for, or compensated in some way. Amazon is literally the WORST place to assess the validity of a supplement product. If we didn't have to be on Amazon, we wouldn't. It's a cesspool.
