Beta-Glucans: Tiger's Milk vs Yeast Extract

Are the 50% minimum beta-glucan content in both supplements the same? For example, if I switch from Yeast Extract to Tiger's Milk, would I expect the same immune benefits from the beta-glucan content in Tiger's Milk since it contains the same amount?
Does stacking these 2 supplements also cause issues due to excess beta-glucan?

This was back in June, I took 1 pill the first day, then did 1 2x a day. I think I took 2 pills in the morning & then 1 at dinner, & that’s when I started to feel kinda weird. Maybe I took another between those 2 doses to make 4 pills, but I didn’t do that again bc I guess I am sensitive to beta glucans. Also had an extreme stomach event happen a couple times when I consumed to much fiber in a 2 day period. Basically ate a box of this really good cereal Monday-Tuesday, then felt like I had the flu for 5 days. I guess there is something up with my microbiome. I didn’t k ow it was the fiber from the cereal until a month later, when I put 2 and 2 together and realized both stomach incidents happened after I went to the grocery store & bought a bunch of that cereal bc it was on sale both times.

Yeah, could be your immune response going too high. Sometimes you can kick it into overdrive, and you get side effects from your immune system attacking things it shouldn't.
