Beta-Glucans: Tiger's Milk vs Yeast Extract

Are the 50% minimum beta-glucan content in both supplements the same? For example, if I switch from Yeast Extract to Tiger's Milk, would I expect the same immune benefits from the beta-glucan content in Tiger's Milk since it contains the same amount?
Does stacking these 2 supplements also cause issues due to excess beta-glucan?

I love Tiger’s Milk, but I had a bad reaction to it when I first started taking it. First time taking it, my brain seemed “cured” & the fog/pain was gone, so I took it 2x a day, they 3x, then 4x. After about 4 days, I suddenly got extremely sleepy/tired/irritable & felt really weird for about 4 days. Would this be to much beta-Glucan consumption, overactive immune response, spiked serotonin? I had to stop taking it that week, but slowly started back up again. I’ve had a couple other instances on the milder side, but always have good results if I just stick to 1 pill, maybe 2 occasionally. I’ve been struggling with gut problems this past year, constipation that causes brain fog, etc.

Wait, why were you doubling the dose every day? That's not usually a sound strategy for a new thing you are taking. Just because you react well to one doesn't mean you will react well to four. It's hard to say what the mechanism for that side effect would be. Stick to one capsule per day for now, till you have more time to assess how you respond.
