But seriously I've been meaning to make a contribution to the many positive C3G gut-health experiences.
It helped me get regular. All I can say is ever since the neurological effects of lyme stopped me up, I've been very very constipated. My symptoms of lyme in general have improved including other neuro symptoms, but the bad constipation persisted. Possibility due to unfavorable gut microbiota reformation. C3G at about 2 caps a day has helped.
Within about a week of taking 1 to 2 capsules of C3G a day, I experienced a lifting of some of this intense constipation. I got to a point where I don't absolutely have to take miralax everyday. C3G ameliorated this significantly.
I tried up to 4 a day, and it was great. Taking even 2 a day made stacking other MAOIs much more likely to be overwhelming, and to that end I noticed a mood boost and also nootropic effect likely from the PGC1-alpha effects. I am also very sensitive to MAOIs. Also gotta note less perceived soreness after lifting when taken in advance. I made it through a whole bottle of 60 capsules.
Was going to write more, but I don't have the energy today.

Switch to UPS. They are the only delivery service with an employee union. A huge pro-Union contract was just signed, everything they wanted including air conditioned delivery trucks. Their top drivers make $40-50/hr even the loaders got raised to $23/hr. They have a lot of drivers and people wanting to get hired onboard. Probably the most expensive service but you wonβt have brainless F-ups like what you experienced with FedEx.

We fired UPS years ago. They can find rusty spoon and pleasure themselves with it! LOL.
We are right next door to StockX, and they have tens of thousands of packages coming in and out every day, as they are like an Ebay with people who verify the legitimacy of the product before they go out. When they moved in, some of their employees literally had bullet holes in their cars, and they had some many people working in the warehouse they put Port-O-Potties in the warehouse, which was sending horrible smells over to our side... Anyway, that's not the point. They have so many UPS packages coming in that UPS leaves whole semi truck trailers hooked to their buildings so they can load them up, and a driver just pulls up with a cab to take it away at night. Well every UPS package of ours was being sent to StockX. They have so many packages, if there is one that is not for them, they just toss it back on the truck. Well when you do that, it goes into the ether. They just disappear, like there's nothing there at all...at all...at all...... So we were constantly losing inbound shipments from UPS. We got the regional manager of UPS involved, and they STILL couldn't stop it. They fired drivers. They changed procedures. It didn't matter. If you shipped something to us via UPS, it would end up at StockX and then disappear. We lost tens of thousands of dollars in shipments that way, so I had to fire UPS. We just couldn't have the lost shipments anymore.
