But seriously I've been meaning to make a contribution to the many positive C3G gut-health experiences.
It helped me get regular. All I can say is ever since the neurological effects of lyme stopped me up, I've been very very constipated. My symptoms of lyme in general have improved including other neuro symptoms, but the bad constipation persisted. Possibility due to unfavorable gut microbiota reformation. C3G at about 2 caps a day has helped.
Within about a week of taking 1 to 2 capsules of C3G a day, I experienced a lifting of some of this intense constipation. I got to a point where I don't absolutely have to take miralax everyday. C3G ameliorated this significantly.
I tried up to 4 a day, and it was great. Taking even 2 a day made stacking other MAOIs much more likely to be overwhelming, and to that end I noticed a mood boost and also nootropic effect likely from the PGC1-alpha effects. I am also very sensitive to MAOIs. Also gotta note less perceived soreness after lifting when taken in advance. I made it through a whole bottle of 60 capsules.
Was going to write more, but I don't have the energy today.

Apparently the principal of treating employees well or not having a fist over them is so repulsive to some people theyβd rather teeter on failure. At least in my experience.

The issue is inflation and overhead. Everyone wants products to be cheap, so companies build their operations to account for that. I mean, look at us. We have more overhead than companies 5X our size, and likely more overhead than any of our direct competitors in the space. We treat our employees right, and help them to build careers with us, with medical, dental, vision, vacations, 401K matching, and being flexible with things that pop up in their personal lives. We we have our own production facility and lab, because that is the only way I can ensure things are done correctly. We have tried to outsource in the past, but nobody cares about our products more than I do, so we would have constant fuck ups and rejections. Our standards don't fit into other companies' business models, so we have to do it all ourselves. This means our costs and overhead tower over other brands our size. Yet some people still say we are expensive. The problem is that everyone likes to talk about how they want to support companies doing things right, and treating workers properly, but then they don't want to pay for it. There is a reason these big companies cut corners and do what they do. It's because the consumers have voted that way with their wallets. Then inflation happens, and consumers try to make ends meet with rising costs of everything. Well the companies are getting hit with that same inflation, so it spirals. We have been HAMMERED with all the inflation happening. Our operating margins have taken big hits, because our costs are through the roof. Our rent was just DOUBLED by our landlord. The people that owned our property sold it during the pandemic to Starwood, which is a multi-billion dollar real estate investment company that owns things like Marriott hotels. They only care about the bottom line. Costs for literally everything keep going up, but consumers are tightening their spending as well, so price increases can't just keep happening. Everyone is getting squeezed, except for the large entrenched companies screwing everyone.
