Just want a simple breakdown on the difference in effects? Or do the same typical lions mane effects still apply to the new release?

Also can this lions mane be paired with Tongkat Ali?

Erinamax is mycelium based where as Lions Mane 8:1 is Fruiting body based, so in order to get full Lion's Mane benifits should you take both?

You absolutely can. I have combined them both multiple times. I even took our Erinamax and then ate three whole fresh lion's mane fruiting bodies the other night. We will eventually do an optimized lion's mane stack, but we have some more science to do first.
