The subreddit nmn gave ND a D tier grade for their nmn product. I’ll try to link in the comments so you can read what it entails.

What do you do in cases where you need something ND doesn't sell?
Thorne sell l-glutamine which I pretty much need but it's extremely expensive for an amino acid. $80 for 500g. And from Amazon too so might not even be genuine. I have it from BS currently and although it does work (noticeable for me) I'm always worried about what else is in the powder.

Thorne is the only other brand that I will use myself, other than probiotics. For those I use Visbiome and Flora Udo's Choice Super 8. I wouldn't worry about Thorne's L-glutamine.
