If you respond bad to cholinergic supps and have tried Cognance, how did it go?

Cognance is supposed to be similar to Bacopa but without the AChE inhibition, right?
I’m curious about it because Bacopa considerably (and objectively, as measured by the dual n-back game) improved my working memory but I had to stop it since it was causing me insomnia — similarly to all the other supplements that increase the levels of acetylcholine in the body that I have tried.
If I could reap the benefits of Bacopa while not getting insomnia it would be phenomenal. Any testimonials about Cognance in that regard?
Also, it is necessary to cycle it just like Bacopa? Thanks!

I respond bad to cholinergic. My experience was that that I would feel good the first day I took Cognance but then after a few days of taking it, I would start to feel depressed.
However, the acute, first-day effects were quite nice. In fact, I liked the acute effects better than actual macrodosing

Some people prefer to take Cognance like they would a microdose, and just take every 3-4 days.
