Changing supplier and energy levels
Original post in this thread

Hi all,
My first experience with NMN was 3 weeks ago. I ordered 30 enteric pills of 125mg from nootropicsdepot. At first I didnt feel much, then after a week I upped the dose to 250mg per day and then started to feel more energetic. When I hit my peak after a few more days, I felt great each morning. I normally drink 4 cups of coffee before 12 o clock, but now I could only stand 1. I was buzzing like a kid who drinks his first energy drink ever.
Before I knew it, those 30 pills were gone.
So I opened my new supply from Moleqar. I switched cause Germany is alot closer to my country and Moleqar does thirdparty testing whereas ND does not.
So its powder this time. The last 3 days im taking about 500mg of it, but feeling as crap as before in the mornings. In other words the powder doesnt seem to have any noticable effect for my energy levels so far. Maybe I should increase the dose to 750 or so, cause thats what I should take with my height and weight, I saw somewhere. 190cm and 90kg and 33 years old. Not taking any tmg btw.
Anyhow, im in doubt.
Im kinda wanting to go back to the enteric pills from ND cause they worked so well. But maybe those pills are laced with something else…
What they were answering

I always make inquiries with a list of detailed questions to companies about the products I'd like to personally use. The purpose of that post is to promote awareness, pointing out how marketing tries to fool you, and the quality markers to look for in a company. It's about validated facts. Not just opinions or hearsay, that's usually direct or indirect marketing.
Last I spoke with Nootropics Depot they were not able to give me any information regarding their NMN product, source/brand, testing methodology, and manufacturing practices such as QC. If they cannot answer simple questions then they aren't worth the time and money.
Nootropics Depot also does not state (anywhere) the lab is owned by them and claims it as a third-party lab. I take big issue with that because you are clearly misleading people. And while the likely chance of companies sending in a legit substance to a lab and providing something totally different is there. I would say the risk of a company "testing" its ingredients and claiming them to be safe and pure is much higher. There's an apparent conflict of interest there.

Literally at the top of our site... The URL even says in-house! There's a 3D tour! I also did a quick video walking through our lab on our YouTube channel. If we are hiding that we have an in house lab, we are doing a pretty shit job of it.

We are also an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified 3rd party lab that does testing for other companies as well.
Also, where did you ask questions about our NMN? I'll talk all day about lab testing methodologies and quality control! I talk too much about it, according to some people. The post linked above is evidence of that.
