Coupon discount not included on the form on the outside of the package

So for those not aware, ND now had to shift to listing the full product prices on the outside of the packages (at least for orders to the EU), which I understand.
I just noticed though, that the coupon discount was not included on that form on my recent order. With full prices listed, the costs at customs get significantly higher and not including the discount makes the customer pay more than he should have to, because it basically lists a higher purchasing price than what was actually payed.
Could any ND staff please comment on this? I really don't mean to complain about the now higher customs costs at every chance, but seeing I payed even more than what was actually necessary does bug me.

This shit is so stupid! So the HTS code for our supplements in the US is 2106.90.9998. You would think that the HARMONIZED tariff codes would be... you know... HARMONIZED!!!! However, nooooooo! The EU doesn't recognize that HTS code. It's 2106.90.9855 in the EU. If you just send 2106.90, or the part that is harmonized, the EU just defaults to the standard VAT and duties. You have to have the .9855 at the end to get it to 7% for Germany. The issue is, that's not the HTS code that Canada or Australia use! Canada is 2106.90.99.99. Australia is 2106.90.9991. We can only set one HTS code per product. We cannot set it by region. We had it defaulted to the US HTS code, but that clearly isn't what the EU wants. So what we are going to do is set all the products to the EU HTS code, and just let them be wrong for the rest of the world. Luckily, the USMCA between us and Canada basically makes most HTS codes duty free, and just HST/PST is assessed, so those should be fine using the EU codes. Similarly for Australia, the duties are the same for all HTS codes from the US. It's just value based, so they shouldn't have an issue with the EU codes. The rest of the world? Who knows. We'll just have to see how other countries react to seeing the EU HTS codes and go from there.
Regarding values, we are just going to set a rule for now that will lower the values of the items based on the coupon code. There is no way for Shipstation to pull the exact values per order, so we will just have it pull full value and adjust down for the codes. We are setting up a call with EasyShip to see if switching to them instead of Shipstation will be a good idea. Maybe they don't have the limitations Shipstation does. What a pain in the ass...
