Package stuck in customs for a long time

I ordered some stuff from nootropics depot to Canada and it has been stuck in customs for 17 days so far. I've never had anything stuck in customs for this long and I'm worried that it isn't going to come.
Has this happened to anybody else? Should I just wait longer?

"As I have said over and over, no orders sit in our warehouse for 3
weeks. That's just not true, or I guess as you say: "that's cap."
Everything goes out same day."

I didn't mention your warehouse, I've only mentioned that I ordered a package in late February (fact: Feb 27th to be exact: https://i.imgur.com/8VQrmOU.png )
and that it was only shipped out to me 3 weeks after (fact: March 21st to be exact: https://i.imgur.com/OM4iRgr.png ). I'm only stating facts here. I know when I ordered, and I know what I see on the tracking information. I don't know anything about a warehouse or where the products are sitting, I just know that factually, what I ordered only commenced in being shipped to me on March 21st.

Here's the unreasonable explanation for the delay:

Makes no sense that it would take 3 weeks to sort this issue out to ship out a package.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter, because I'll just have to keep buying your products and eat the waiting time. I'll have to email your customer service each time there's a delay, which I experience multiple times. And then, I'll have to come back on Reddit every time that there's a thread being made about Canadian s…

"Shipped out" has a meaning. It shipped out the same day on the 27th of February, meaning it left our warehouse that day in the hands of the carrier.
Use Asendia's A1 tracking system, not USPS.

So you can see it was shipped out on the 27th of February, and arrived in Bell California 4 days later on the 3rd of March. How could it be in California on March 3rd if we didn't ship it out of our Tempe Arizona facility till March 21st? I get the frustration, but saying we don't ship out for 3 weeks is just false. It left our facility hours after you placed the order. Yeah, Asendia sucks to Canada right now. Their explanation about the package weight causing delays is silly, and even I don't understand what Asendia is saying about the USPS carrier representative. However, we are not lying.
