I could have sworn you did, but the Reddit profile stenographer only goes back 6 months. But yeah, the doses are definitely too high for sublingual.

I've a couple other questions about B vitamins:

- Have you considered panthethine/panthetheine for B5? I assume it couldn't make it into Infini-B probably because it's not stable as a powder in capsules - the products I'm aware of from NOW and Jarrow are softgels.
- What about thiamine monophosphate or TDP sublingual tablets for B1? TMP would likely be more interesting, but I think I've noticed a synergy between methylfolate and TDP (Source Naturals has TDP sublingual tablets), which might have to do with TDP efflux promoting folate influx via RFC1. Conversely I talked to someone with thiamine deficiency that said TDP made their symptoms worse; TMP may well be a different story there, but I don't know of any supplements for it. I know these wouldn't have made sense for Infini-B because TMP/TDP get converted to plain thiamine in the stomach.

Maybe you are thinking of the Super B12 quick dissolve tablets?

We did look at other forms. However, it gets complex pretty quickly, as some of those modified forms don't directly substitute for the normal forms. As you said, some people that take thiamine diphosphate actually notice worsening of deficiency symptoms. Vitamin B5 deficiency is particularly rare in the west, so we didn't see the need to go crazy with other forms that have less data on their use outside of medical treatment in higher doses. I do think pantethine is stable in powder form, though. In theory it could be used.
