No More Powder For New Supplements?

I contacted ND customer service and was told the following "Thank you for all of you patience. We were looking into this further and our product specialist has advised that "We just haven't really been doing powder for new releases anymore, and we mostly focus on capsules."" Can you advise on this u/misteryouaresodumb ? That sounds extremely inconvenient for those who prefer powder, and the cost difference alone is huge.

Thanks! Being overwhelmed is better than being underwhelmed, I guess. Can you just be whelmed? I think you can in France!
