No More Powder For New Supplements?

I contacted ND customer service and was told the following "Thank you for all of you patience. We were looking into this further and our product specialist has advised that "We just haven't really been doing powder for new releases anymore, and we mostly focus on capsules."" Can you advise on this u/misteryouaresodumb ? That sounds extremely inconvenient for those who prefer powder, and the cost difference alone is huge.

That's not wholly incorrect. My support team misunderstood what they were told, and certainly blew this whole thing out of proportion. I will address it with my team tomorrow, because they can sometimes improperly relay things to customers via email, which causes confusion.
