No More Powder For New Supplements?

I contacted ND customer service and was told the following "Thank you for all of you patience. We were looking into this further and our product specialist has advised that "We just haven't really been doing powder for new releases anymore, and we mostly focus on capsules."" Can you advise on this u/misteryouaresodumb ? That sounds extremely inconvenient for those who prefer powder, and the cost difference alone is huge.

Even if they were the same price, I would still buy all my herbs in powder form. I like to dissolve them in coffee or hot water and even sprinkle some on food. I also love to play around with dosage. ND, please keep getting powders out. (Tribulus would be nice)

Tribulus tastes like Satan's asshole, but we can consider it. That's one that sells well enough to justify a powder offering. See my reply above. My customer support team misunderstood what they heard. We are not eliminating powders. We are just being more selective on what we offer in powders, till we can increase our production capacity.
