why do ND ship my packages via Fedex rven though I selected DHL 2 times in a row?

Basically, the question.
I had 2 different orders received from ND successfully, but one thing that got me confused was me selecting DHL for delivery, and both of the times Fedex was the company that delivered my packages.
Why is this the case?
Also, I'm leaning more towards DHL because they don't ask a lot of questions for the packages, nor charge me additionally for the delivery, on the other hand Fedex are a pain, extra charging, requesting for a ton of additional information about me and the package.

That's weird. What was your order number? Our systems will change services after the order if they are set to do so. Some customers write us and say that their FedEx delivery driver sucks, and to always ship USPS. In those instances we put an override on their account that changes it in the back end. Maybe your customer account has an override on it.
