If it paused after arriving into the country, that generally means it is awaiting customs clearance. Aftership also doesn't always get all the updates. Use Asendia's system instead.

The Asendia shipping goes through normal public customs clearance, which can take longer. DHL Express goes through a separate private clearance, which is almost always faster.
