You can get something CLAIMED to be catuaba and muira puama. Currently there is nobody selling actual tested catuaba and muira puama. Any schmuck off the street can buy something claim to be something, then sell it to other people with those claims. Whether it is real or not is anyone's guess... even the damn vendor selling it! Moreover, the other big issue is consistency. Quality control processes are as much about batch-to-batch consistency as they are proving what you are selling is even what you claim it to be. From our work with Brazil so far, the batch-to-batch variability is insane! Different plants and mixtures of plants each time you get a batch. This makes sense when you see how these things are done. There are not catuaba and muira puama farms. These are people going out into the jungle and harvesting what they find. Then middle men gather some from a bunch of different sources and combine them together as one batch. Then a facility extracts that random batch of shit and sells it with claims. Building a properly controlled and documented supply chain for these things is not easy. If I just wanted to sell shit that I claimed was catuaba and muira puama without testing or quality control like Barlowe does, I could have done that years ago.
