The supercritical myrrh pills state that it's 200 mg per serving, however the tincture states that it's 400 mg per serving. Is that right? Also on the label of the liquid myrrh, it says one serving is 1/3 dropper, but in the description near the bottom of the page, it says one serving is 0.5 mL. If anyone from r/NootropicsDepot could clear that up that would be much appreciated.

Our strategy with these supercritical extracts has been to have the capsules be the normal average dose, then have the solutions be the high end of the dose spectrum. This lets people have the ability to go up in capsules if they want, where they already have the ability to adjust the solution just based on how solutions work.
Regarding the dosing, the 1/3 dropper is referring to the 60ml bottle. Those droppers are longer than the 30ml ones. The 30ml bottles are dosed at half a dropper. The 1/3 dropper of the large, and the 1/2 dropper of the small, are the same 0.5ml. It gets confusing, but it makes sense when you are holding the bottles and see the size difference of the droppers.
