My first impression with the Pregnenolone tablets. Took 5mg this morning and let it dissolve in my mouth for a minute and then swallow. I concur with everything u/pretty-chill stated about it in this thread. Really noticeable mood boost and cognitive enhancement. I would describe it as a feel good nootropic. I really like this one and encourage you to purchase it and try it out. Get the small bottle if you are unsure. I thought I would like it and purchased the big 365 tablet bottle. I also purchased the Tribulus capsules (only the small bottle) but am waiting for the right opportunity to use it. Definitely don’t want to use it unless I am doing something super physical like snowboarding or racing motorcycles on the track.
