Has anyone upped their dose to 2 pills a day? I’ve only been taking one for the past 3 weeks. And if people have, was their a difference?

Try combining Cognance with the new release Vignatex. This combination works much better than Sabroxy for me. Vignatex gives me much cleaner stimulation and is longer lasting than Sabroxy (which makes me edgy). Since receiving Vignatex, I haven’t used anymore Sabroxy. 100-200 mg Cognance combined with one pill of Vignatex and your focus, mood, and motivation will be on point for the entire day !!

You know what, I am onboard with you! The combo of Vignatex and Cognance is better than with Sabroxy. It's a smoother stimulation.
