The wording on the disclaimer always cracks me up: “always consult with a qualified _health physician_ before taking any new supplements.” Is that even a term? :)

Physician is a specific term to mean a medical doctor who specializes in internal medicine. Qualified health care professional is other term used by the American Medical Association, but is more broadly applied to people like nurse practitioners, PAs, and even physical therapists. We wanted to be more specific, and specify only actual physicians.
