Anyone here react poorly to Micromag?

Original post in this thread

oldmonknirvana · 3 points

I've been experimenting with one pill of Micromag a day and it gets me hyper. I can feel a cooling sensation in my brain but I am too amped up to focus on anything. Sleep is poor too.

Yes, every magnesium we sell will have some people reacting the opposite. I've had people say that magnesium glycinate keeps them up at night, where L-threonate knocks them out. Then you get someone saying the opposite. The same goes for Micromag. We did some blinded trials of all our ashwagandha offerings internally, and it was crazy how split it was. Some people got stimulated with KSM-66, while others went to sleep. The same pattern happened with every extract. People ask me why we offer so many different versions of things. This is why. It takes time to find what works best for your unique brain chemistry.

Where are your minerals sourced from?

That entirely depends on the specific product. We source our ingredients from all over the world. Wherever we can get quality ingredients, that's where we go. Magnesium glycinate is from China. Magnesium L-threonate is f

Curious on y'alls thoughts on this. I spoke to a ayurveda person (ayurveda is where Ashwagandha and Bacopa come from) and he was like for thousands of years we put the herbs into food and ate it long-term and not made extracts out of it. Should we have skepticism over extracts with this logic maybe?
