Cordyceps 10:1 vs 1:1

Another poster asked this question about a year ago but didn’t get an answer. What’s the exact difference between these two? The article on their website says the 10:1 has twice as much cordycepins but 10:1 only has .3 and the 1:1 has .2 Does this mean the 1:1 would be better cause .2 of 500 is 100 and .3 of the 10:1 250mg dose is 75. Any clarification would be nice.

Cordycepin does have liver benefits, so if that is what you are looking for, then that content will apply to you.
