Tongkat 2% capsules different sizes?

We try to reduce the size of capsules whenever possible to reduce fillers, weight, and volume needed. Also, sometimes we have to use different size capsules based on the machine we use. For the tongkat 2%, we ran them on the semi auto machines in a size 1 capsule at first. However, the most recent run was done on a full auto encapsulation machine in a size 3 capsule. That machine can slug the powders, which allows us to fit more in a smaller capsule than a semi auto. We just can't use the full auto machine unless we are doing a million capsules or more at a time, as the setup, take down, and cleanup of the machine takes a lot longer. This means smaller runs go on the semi autos, and larger runs go on the full autos. We usually do smaller runs on the semi autos at first, till we know how well a product will sell. Then if demand picks up, we transition to larger runs on the full auto machines.

Now that doesn't mean they will always be that way. Let's say we have a big spike in sales for some reason, which happens all the time. Maybe someone talks about something on a podcast and sales jump up. Well we usually plan our production runs many months out, especially the 1M to 5M capsule runs. If sales for something jumps unexpectedly, we will often have to do a rush production run to keep us in stock. We will do those on the semi auto machines. This means that while tongkat 2% will be in a size 3 capsule the vast majority of the time now, we might have a small run in a size 1 if sales spike for whatever reason. So if you see it change, that's nothing to worry about. It's just us adjusting quickly to demand with different machines.
