Are these Rhodiola Crenulata capsules still safe to take?

Thanks for the reply! I get a lot of this too, is it fair to generalise and say that in general herbs will be fine and water soluble compounds may have a problem?

It really depends on the specific product. The rule of thumb is that the higher the extract ratio, the more likely it will clump. This is why our lion's mane is an 8:1, not a 10:1. The 10:1 clumped way too much. 8:1 is about the max you can do with the fruiting body of lion's mane mushroom before it is not usable as a powder. It's also how I know the vendors claiming 50:1 lion's mane are just bullshitting everyone. LOL

No problem! Why ConsumerLab decided to test our product for something it is not even standardized to, then not test everyone else for the stuff we are standardized to, is beyond me. Why not test everyone for theobromine

No piracetam or B complex for me at the moment. As long as you are buying from someone that tests for heavy metals in every batch, I would not worry about it. We test every single batch of every single product for heavy
