I posted this a few weeks back but didn’t get any comments on the study
I'm not sure why NDs NMN page lists NADH as "not effective in animals" when https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1756464621005016 shows it is much more effective than NMN at NAD+ levels in animals. Maybe this study was not available when it was wrote? Or I am big dumb and missing something.

I am not sure why that statement is on the NMN page. I've asked my team about it. I think oral NADH is useful, and that study you posted confirms it. I don't think I had seen that study before, though. Thanks for posting it!
