No I mean proportional doses of yours to the phytosomal. It was a few months ago so I don't remember the amounts but it was large dose yours versus lower dose phytosome to make up for the bioavailability.
Yep I'll dose them together at the same time to try.
It might also be that quercetin specifically simply synergizes with it somehow.
At any rate, phytosomal stuff isn't on my top 3 things I'd like to see you guys carry (still crossing my fingers for some resveratrol (plz!!) and oligomeric proanthocyanidins 😅).

Got it. Yeah, let me know how the trial goes with the Smart PS Green. I am curious. Good to know that the phytosomes are not something super high priority.
