Can we get more opinionated or detailed dosing guidance? Maybe a regimen builder?

For example, it's recommended to cycle Tongkat Ali 5 on / 2 off. But no where is that mentioned on the ND website.
You give tips on synergistic supplements, but no advice on what supplements shouldn't be mixed.
It would be nice to have things simplified and spelled out.
The Ordinary has a regimen builder for skincare products, and it would be awesome if ND had something like that: https://theordinary.com/en-us/regimen-builder.html

It's not recommended to cycle tongkat five days on and two days off. Some people do that, but it is not a universal thing. I take tongkat ali every single day for months. I will sometimes cycle off for a week or two, but I don't do short cycles. Everyone's body is different. Each person will have to determine if/how they cycle things. This is especially true when you start adding other things in your stack. We also have hundreds of products in varying doses. Creating a single guide for combos and cycle suggestions for all of them would be impractical. It's also not as simple as everyone would like it to be. For some people a specific combo might need to be avoided, while other people might get great effects from the same combo. Some people who take DynaMAX Plus get tired. Other people stay up all night and can't sleep if they take it within 8 hours of bedtime. Some people take 50mg of Sabroxy. Other people need 500mg to feel the effects they want from it. We are extremely complex organisms. Simplifying things down too much would be counterproductive. Finding what works best for your individual body/brain chemistry is a process. We try to help make that process easier, but in the end it still takes trial and error with the individual to settle on a stack and regimen. It's just part of the whole process of nootropics and supplements. I wish we could just make one formulation that worked the same for everyone that took it, but that's not the reality of the situation.
