I've not that ND usually states minimum percentage of key elements of product so my question is what's the maximum? If a product has minimum 1% of something, what's the maximum allowable percentage that could possibly be in the product? Thanks.

That depends entirely on the product and analyte in question. We do trend analysis on batches over the years, and monitor the consistency of batch-to-batch variations. It's not just about hitting the minimum each time. It's about giving people consistent results every time they order. So we do have specs for what constitutes "out of trend" on raw materials. The exact numbers depend on each product, though.
