What would the optimized Cistanche include?

Just curious of what an optimized cistanche extract would have over their current cistanche extract

What's your opinion on cycling these? Is there any risk in drinking moderately while taking these? I rarely ever consume more than 3 drinks in a single setting and it's normally more like 1-2, but figured I'd ask. Sorry for the questions, I'm sure you get them all day.

I will cycle off them for a week or two every 4 months or so. I like doing longer cycles. No issues drinking moderately for me. I take reduced glutathione 3X per day, though. That really helps protect from alcohol. I used to take NAC before drinking, but I don't need to anymore because my glutathione levels are stable. If I drink a bit too much, I will still take one of our Alcohol Defense before bed.
