Yes I saw two liposomal products but they looked very suspicious. That's why I asked why it's not really available. Is it even possible to make?

Making real liposomes is difficult, but not impossible. The real question is: will it actually help bioavailability and effects? For some things it will. For others it's just a marketing gimmick. The mRNA COVID vaccines use real liposomes, as do other pharmaceuticals. They are legitimate strategies for improving the bioavailability of certain things. However, mixing random shit with sunflower lecithin in a sonicator does not a liposome make. 99% of people out there selling liposomes right now are selling lipid emulsions at best, and total BS at worst.
