All the liposomal shit on the market is fraudulent. It's become a massive buzzword that companies are using to call anything that is something mixed with lecithin. Everyone is just mixing things with soy or sunflower lecithin and calling them liposomes. It's like emulsions don't exist anymore. EVERYTHING is a liposome! Water soluble active? Put a liposome on it! 100% bioavailability? Doesn't matter... put a liposome on it! Small rocks you find on hikes? Put a liposome on it!
