I wrote him a big long message, and offered to have him come to our facility and see our lab, so that we could discuss what it properly takes to make a good product. However, I have not received a response. I gave it a 50/50 whether I would. Like it or not, most people in this industry are here to make money, that's it. Very few people care about product quality or scientific integrity the way that I do.
