I do think it's fun and don't get disappointed when it's not "brand" new, but since people seem to get stressed about it, next time you can say 3 new mystery product and 1 mystery update, or something. Just an idea, i think it's fine calling all of them new mystery products.

Yeah, that's a good idea. We can also just mention that this is one we already carry in powder as an extra hint on it, so people still have to guess, but they know it is not brand new.
